I recently got transferred to my company's Downtown Brooklyn location for work earlier this year. At such I needed to find parking in that busy city area. I searched until I found parking at this Schermerhorn Street location, with which I'm very satisfied. The staff is very friendly but Jose and Felix needs the utmost recognition for their service. They take very good care of my vehicle and to top it off, they both ensure that at the end of my long work day, my vehicle is out waiting for me up top. I truly appreciate both Jose and Felix for the service they provide. 🙏🏽

The facility is clean and well organized. The staff of attendants are polite and professional. Jose Calle, the facility manager is extremely helpful and will resolve any issues and concerns you may have, which he did for me. He has a great attitude, great communication skills. Pleasant to speak with. My compliments to the company for having him, you're company is well represented.

Felix was an amazing parking attendant at the garage. He was professional, quick, and handled my car with great care. From the moment I pulled in, he greeted me with a smile and made the whole process seamless. I felt confident leaving my vehicle with him, he clearly knows what he’s doing and treats every car like it’s his own. Top-notch service all around. Felix truly made the experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Handy to local hotels and also for our visit to the Boston Hospital Clinic. Guys on duty were friendly, polite and helpful and quickly sorted double charge as we had already paid at hotel.
